Since 1997, we’ve been hosting a Longevity Trip to celebrate our awesome crew (really, they’re family to us). It’s our way of saying thank you for their hard work and dedication – and one way we like to show the team how valued they are. These amazing individuals have put in some pretty impressive years of tenure, too. A few fun and fast facts: 71 are hourly employees, with 588 years of O-Bar experience averaging 8.3 years 29 are salaried employees, with 286 years, O-Bar experience averaging 9.9 years 874 years of combined service, with an average of 8.74 years
