Since 1997, we’ve been hosting a Longevity Trip to celebrate our awesome crew (really, they’re family to us). It’s our way of saying thank you for their hard work and dedication – and one way we like to show the team how valued they are.
These amazing individuals have put in some pretty impressive years of tenure, too. A few fun and fast facts:
- 71 are hourly employees, with 588 years of O-Bar experience averaging 8.3 years
- 29 are salaried employees, with 286 years, O-Bar experience averaging 9.9 years
- 874 years of combined service, with an average of 8.74 years
This year we rode thrilling roller coasters, saw amazing animals… and maybe had a few brews, too. You guessed it – we hit up Busch Gardens Tampa Bay for a fun filled day. And good news is… we all made it back in one piece!
We’re incredibly thankful for everything this loyal team of ours does! They keep these ol’ lights on and the place running in tip top shape… and so much more. Love ‘em and so thankful for each and every one.
