Why did you choose to work in this industry?

I’ve always loved to cook. It’s a passion of mine and I had an opportunity to join AMOB and haven’t looked back since! I am the Assistant Kitchen Manager for AMOB Ellenton.

Tell us about your approach to customer service.

Always approach your customer with respect and a smile. No matter what, stay positive!

What would your pet say about you if we asked for a reference?

My pet would say I’m kind, good at multi-tasking, and I have a positive attitude.

Fast and Furious!

Is there something that excites you so much it keeps you awake the night before?

I always get excited when my mom makes tamales! My mouth is already watering.

Meat lovers!
