Tell us a little about your background. I grew up in a small town called Perryville on the banks of the Tennessee River. I got married right out of high school and became a father two years later. I moved to Florida in 1980 but didn’t start a career in the restaurant business until 1998 on the City Pier on Anna Maria Island at AMOB, and I’ve been here happily ever since. What are your key accomplishments in your field/on the job? I think my strong suits are dealing with so many different personalities with my staff and making sure
