As promised, our new dock is here so you can visit us by land or sea, and… our new menu items have officially made their debut! Chef Will has been working extremely hard to provide the best of the best… why? Because our guests ARE THE BEST! Here are a few new items:
Ceviche: A delicious mixture of Shrimp, fresh fish & veggies marinated in key lime juice. Includes wonton crisps to dip.
Tuna Stack: Ahi Tuna Poke mixed with guacamole, carrots, cabbage with wasabi dressing and wonton crisps to dip.
Fresh Fish: We will feature fresh fish as we get new species shipped into our restaurant. Your server will give you the choices that we have during your visit. Some of our fresh fish include Amberjack, Gulf Grouper, Atlantic Salmon, Wolfish, Swordfish, Shark, & Gulf Snapper. We offer several choices of how we can prepare your entrée. Grilled, blackened, sautéed, fried. Island sauce, tomato dill, tequila lime herb, Roma, Casino, and a Mignonette. For an additional $1.99, make any of these a sandwich on brioche bun (including lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles & chips) & served with two sides.
Blackened Wings: Our fan-favorite wings now offered blacked and baked.
Portobello Grilled Sandwich: A tender grilled Portobello cap served on a toasted pretzel bun.
Coco Shrimp Salad: House salad with coconut shrimp, toasted coconut flakes and pina colada dressing.
Along with our new food items, we’re also offering… wait for it… WHITE CLAW BUCKETS! And we’ve talked to the AMI Police… it’s true, there ain’t no laws when you’re drinkin’ claws. (Just kidding. Be safe. Please refrain from drinking and driving.) We’re still offering our fan-favorite Mimosa Buckets, too. Five Ruffino Prosecco Splits and a selection of fresh fruit juices. Now, you can really have “Buckets of Fun.”
We’ve also amped up the way we serve our delicious cocktails. Now, for just $5, you can add a souvenir floater and keep our eco-friendly silicone shot glass!
