Why did you choose to work in this industry?

Every day is different. You meet so many different people of different walks of life. I get to work with younger staff while installing values, teach responsibility, and hold them accountable for their actions. Seeing results when a “C” employee accepts responsibility and becomes a “B” or even an “A” is the best feeling.
